Bite Type Flareless Tube Fittings |

The SSP Bite Type Fitting consists of three components: the tube nut, ferrule, and fitting body. It features a positive biting action into the tubing wall to provide safe sealing performance on medium and heavy wall tubing. Bite type fittings are very effective where vibration is present, making them well suited for use in applications involving hydraulics and fluid handling. SSP Bite Type Fittings are manufactured in accordance with Department of Defense specifications MIL-F-18866 and MS51822-MS51895 and with Society of Automotive Engineers J514 SSP Bite Type Fittings are available in sizes 1/8" thru 2".
